Filter assembly for innovative breathing apparatus

Injection moulding tools used: single-cavity moulds and family moulds, raw material: ABS/PC blend

The end result is a perfect filter assembly with an optimal price-performance ratio. The filter system consists of a pre-filter and particle filter with a sophisticated filter replacement concept.

 

Plastic assembly

These parts, which were perfectly coordinated in advance and designed to be suitable for plastics, were combined to form an assembly consisting of a housing lower part and upper part, filter covers and various coupling elements.
Our service encompasses the entire process chain from project management, including tool manufacture, to sampling and scheduling, right up until production line status and printing.

From the customer's design idea to implementation of the complete device to inserting so-called "blind rivets" during continuous operation, we were able to bring our plastic expertise to the table.

The focus was on having a high-quality surface to the parts for the hard-soft components and the optimally coordinated assembly dimensions.
