Diversification into plastics processing. Production of thermoset plastic parts starts; one of the first Swiss companies to start this

Move into thermoplastic processing; one of the first companies in Switzerland to do so

1977
BRAC-WERKE AG is taken over by RH Group Holding, a Swiss corporation to which 14 other factories – predominantly active in the plastics and metal sector – are affiliated.

1990
Inauguration of our new plastics plant with a production area covering 1,500 m2. The injection moulding capacity is thus able to be increased by 25 percent. Our product range currently includes over 4,000 items.

1993
Takeover of the company HAAG in Weil der Stadt and integration into BRAC-WERKE as a separate department for production and trade in parts for the textile machine industry and weaving mills. This department is 90% active in exports and represented in approx. 75 countries around the world

Takeover of the activities of Plascon AG, Itingen, including personnel and machine park
